Import Data¶
Finvee can import your complete trade history directly from supported brokers. Once imported, trades become positions in your wallet, which you can then link to trade ideas and analyse through the Analytics and Position History tabs.
Supported Brokers¶
| Broker | File format | Status |

How to Import¶
For every broker the Finvee-side workflow is the same:
- Navigate to Portfolio → Wallet → Importer tab.
- Find the broker panel and click Import report file.
- Select the exported file from your downloads.
- Review the Import Preview — Finvee will show you which rows will be imported, skipped (duplicates), or rejected (unrecognised symbols).
- Either click Confirm Import to finalise, or configure Track against Playbook settings to automatically link imported positions to a strategy profile before confirming.
XTB¶
Exporting from XTB xStation¶
USD accounts only
Finvee only supports XTB accounts denominated in USD. If your XTB account is in PLN, EUR, or another currency, please select the USD account in xStation before generating the report.
Follow these steps inside the XTB xStation desktop or web app:
Step I — Open Account History
Open the Account history tab (usually accessible from the left sidebar or the top navigation in xStation).
Step II — Start a new export
Click the Export (new) button to open the History Reports dialog.
Step III — Create a new report
In the History reports dialog, click New Report.
Step IV — Configure the report
In the New report dialog:
- Set the date range covering the period you want to import.
- In the Account dropdown, select the account that is denominated in USD.
- Click Generate and wait for the report to be prepared (this may take a few seconds).
Step V — Download the report
Once the report status shows as ready, click Download report. Save the .zip file to your computer.
Importing into Finvee¶
- Go to Portfolio → Wallet and open (or create) the wallet for your XTB account.
- Switch to the Importer tab.
- In the XTB panel, click Import report file.
- Select the
.zipfile you downloaded from xStation. - Finvee will parse the file and show an Import Preview with all detected trades.
- Choose one of the following options before confirming:
- Confirm Import — imports the trades as-is with no playbook linkage.
- Track against Playbook — select a strategy profile; Finvee will automatically link each newly imported open position to that profile so the trade appears in your Playbook and can be scored.
- Click Confirm Import to finalise.
Delta imports
You can import the same or overlapping report files multiple times — Finvee uses a deduplication mechanism (import signature) to skip rows that have already been imported. Only genuinely new trades will be added.
